Molecules in steel?

When talking about the basic types of bonding, ionic, covalent( molecular) and metallic.
These three types of bonding are significantly different.

Ionic is found in things like a sodium chloride crystal ( common salt), molecular in things like polymers and metallic in the metals.
Since there are no covalent or molecular bonds in metal there are no molecules.

The metal atoms combine to form crystals of various shapes , the most common is cubic but hexagonal, tetragonal etc can be found.
