Back Email Arnie Found your web site. I served on the Shakori from about July 1971 to April 72. I was an SM3. SM2 Owens (Jaws) replaced me. Lt. Jones was our CO and a good one at that. My best memory was the trip through Cape Cod and back with the Cadmus. My worst memory was when the Cheif Bosn got hit in the head with the towing cable. I ran around with RM2 Itaya.
