Boyd EM1 (deceased 2002) Ret Senior Chief

Royce retired from the Navy with 22 years and 6 months in service. He retired as a Senior Chief with his last duty station being in Charleston, SC. He was in charge of the maintenance shop for the FFG class ship there in Charleston at SIMA. We had purchased land prior to his father dying with the hope of him getting to spend more time with his father, Royce after getting out of the Navy went to work for CBS in Carrolton, GA, which was purchased by Sony Music. Royce worked for them up until 2 years ago when he started having vascular problems.
