I was aboard from August 16, 1971 to April 1974. I served as Supply Officer, Comm Officer and later as Ops Officer. After serving on the Shakori, I returned to serve in the Naval Reserve unitl I retired as a CDR in 1999. Currently I live and work in Salem, NH
